Reforms
We believe that to be meaningful, reforms must be in- built into a process of implementation through real time monitoring and periodic evaluation, latter being driven by data that is constantly updated and displayed for use by different levels of policy makers and stakeholders. We believe that carefully and thoughtfully designed KPIs, in consultation with all stakeholders, are the most important triggers of driving governance reforms, ensuring accountability and transparency in the conduct of business related to public affairs.
